The phone service industry sucks: long lines, slow service, painful contracts, hidden fees–you name it, strip mall telco stores have it. Enter Visible: a store-less, app-based phone service backed by Verizon’s network.

We created a launch campaign that spoke straightforwardly, leaned on both traditional and very non-traditional mediums, and walked the walk of a better phone service. Experiential, OOH, a fresh take on social–all of it was part of our campaign. The Future of Phone Service work drove customer growth by 200k+, our pop-up caught Hypebeast’s attention, and we increased Visible’s social following by 21,000%.
