The gaming space remains a wide-open, evolving opportunity for brands. While some non-console names have managed to break through, Verizon was hungry to position itself as the established, go-to network among the hyper-engaged gamer audience.
Our evergreen campaign, “5G Built for Gamers”, served assets that reinforced both tactical messaging around 5G Network capabilities and drove authentic engagement. The visual language of the campaign is chock-full of gaming easter eggs and common references, and audiences noticed: brand sentiment towards Verizon in the gaming space was generally positive, and we consistently won share of conversation on Twitter over competitors in the space.
