As Detroit’s revival gains traction, demand for new restaurants that leverage the city’s thriving urban farming culture and offer something different from the burgeoning roster of already-fantastic eateries has skyrocketed. Momo Cha fits the bill perfectly, serving mouth-watering homestyle Nepalese dumplings and snacks with a focus on sustainable sourcing and local ingredients. They were in need of a brand-new identity, menu, materials, and merch line to launch their delicious food to the city, and I was more than happy to help out (for a flat fee that definitely included dumpling coupons).
