Slypers is an irreverent shoe brand that is shameless about nodding to its prostitutional roots (the name itself comes from the Dutch term bordeelsluipers, a compound of bordeel (“brothel”) +‎ sluiper (“sneak, someone who sneaks”)), whose interior prints supply a little wink to the wearer. Their brand and site takes a brutalist approach in order for the ladies to remain the star of the shoe.
