VERIZON: Don’t live with lag.

In a famously skeptical industry, Verizon’s 5G Ultra Wideband is poised to revolutionize experience and connectivity in gaming. We were tasked with building the campaign that got gamers on board and our platform, “Don’t Live with Lag”, did exactly that. 


The campaign’s keystone spot, “The Reset” (packed full of easter eggs and finished to a cinema grade), performed exceptionally well: it sustained organic conversations across multiple platforms, got press hit after press hit, and earned Verizon credibility among a notoriously tough audience (including from one guy who painstakingly de-glitched the spot in 22 separate tweets) - plus a few Clio Awards. We then amplified the message with glitched-out OOH displays, an experiential installation in Union Square Park, and across traditional digital and social channels.
